    There is so much here. You could spend 2 days looking at all the historical pieces and not have seen half. The entry is cheap and the elderly gentleman in charge was extremely nice; true country hospitality. It is great to see that people are willing to donate priceless heirlooms for others to learn about the history of Silverton at its peak and eventual decline, as well as learning about Broken Hill.

    Great Museum, filled with many varieties of old items. Would recommend visitors to check it out, you will need a fair amount of free time to look around at all the things they have available to view in there, entry fee is a very fair about $5 or so! For the amount of items they have there its a bargain!

    Well worth the trip to Silverton and the gaol. Lots of rooms full of information on both local and Broken Hill history.
